A logistics company in Riyadh received shipments and sent them to sorting through several separate procedures at different points in the facility.

• Weighing, measuring, photographing and printing the airway bill were each done as a separate step.
• Every extra step added handling, movement and time for each shipment.
• There was no single point where a shipment's full record was captured before sorting, which left room for missing or disputed data.

ADAPTIV proposed a custom Reweight Table that brings the whole process into one station. Before a shipment goes to sorting, the operator can:

• Weigh the shipment
• Capture its dimensions
• Photograph it as proof of condition
• Print the airway bill with all shipment details
